It’s autumn, and you know what that means. Pears! As anyone with fruit trees knows, there are good years and there are bad years. This year, we had a very good year that gave us a bumper crop of my favorite fruit.

But try as we might, we just can’t eat that many pears all at once, so I thought I’d share 25 things you can do with your pears. We’ve tried pretty much every one of these…along with recipes for dealing with 10 billion pounds of zucchini, tomatoes, and green beans (stay tuned for those articles).
